Q I don't know my time of birth, can I still have my birth chart done?
A Obviously a birth chart that is drawn up without this information will not be as accurate as one where the birth time is known. The main areas affected will be the ascendant, the Moon, the Midheaven and the various houses. However, it is still possible to learn quite a lot about someone without this information.
Sometimes it is possible to rectify a birth chart in order to find out the time of birth by carefully studying the chart and looking at a person's life history - when they were married etc. If this is required you would need to telephone me with the details.

Q Are my personal details secure?
A Any personal details received by me for the purpose of drawing up an astrology chart will be treated in the utmost confidence. I promise not to pass this information to anyone else.

Q What are my payment options?
A You can order online using your credit/debit card in the confidence that this is a secure site. If you prefer you may telephone me giving your order requirements and details over the phone and pay by cheque or international money order.

Q If I order online, will my credit card details be secure?
A Payments made through the Kharizma web site use the services provided by PayPal. This means that before you enter your credit/debit card details, you are taken to their Secure Servers. We do not store any credit/debit card details on our site or store them anywhere on our servers.

Q What if I have some further questions after I've received my chart?
A I will keep a record of your chart details on file for 3 months, during which time you can write to me again if you have a specific question. Providing you contact me within that time period, I will endeavour to answer your query free of charge. However, please take advantage of the area on the order form that allows you to specify particular areas of interest or questions or problems which you would like to be answered.

Q How long will it take my chart to arrive?
A The charts that I produce are not merely automated computer print-outs and each chart takes quite a long time to analyze and write. You should therefore allow up to 21 days for delivery (28 days if it has to be sent overseas). I am confident that you'll find it's worth the wait. For mini and problem counselling readings, these are sent by e-mail, usually within a week.

Q Do you offer any guarantees?
A I am sure that you will be delighted with your personal astrological analysis. However, if this is not the case, you will be able to obtain a full refund. In any case such as this, I would first attempt to resolve any issues you may have in order to achieve your satisfaction.

Q I would prefer to have a personal consultation rather than a printed chart. Would this be possible?
A Yes, I am available for personal consultations, providing you contact me at least two weeks beforehand to make an appointment. I also offer astrological counselling for couples and contact healing. Healing is free of charge. .
